The bug report that actually gets fixed fast

Paste the exact JSON (or the minimal reduced version of it) that the formatter, validator, or auto-repair got wrong, and say what you expected instead. Redact any secrets in string values — the parser only cares about structure, not contents. A payload that is too big to paste is fine: tell me the shape (nested depth, array sizes, whether it's NDJSON) and I can usually reproduce from a synthetic file with the same structure.

The most useful reports are the ones that narrow it down themselves: "line 3 col 14 flagged as error, but the file parses in jq" is a fixed bug waiting to happen.

Response time

Business hours are optimistic, but replies inside two business days is the promise. A false-positive syntax error or a repair that mangles valid data gets fixed the same week.
